A: There are no lock in contracts, you can play for as long as you choose and if you wish to change, suspend or stop your Rescue Raffle ticket subscription, simply contact us on 1800 655 87.

Q: How does my Raffle ticket purchase help CareFlight?
A: Each Rescue Raffle ticket you purchase helps CareFlight’s lifesaving services to keep flying to the rescue to treat and transport sick and injured children, as well as adult trauma patients. You’ll also help us train emergency first responders across Australia to care for sick and injured people in their local communities before medical help arrives.

Q: How often are the draws?
A: Every fortnight there will be a draw for all eligible tickets with a prize of $1,000.

Q: How will I receive my ticket number/s?
A: We will send your ticket numbers to you via email and SMS.

Q: How will payments for my tickets be processed?
A: You will be debited from your nominated Payment Method every four weeks until you cancel your Rescue Raffle subscription.
